Sian James invited Post Office bosses to Swansea East to discuss a number of issues

Sian James MP said:

"I invited Royal Mail bosses to the constituency to undertake a fact finding tour of the post offices in Swansea East, in order that they understand the challenges and issues facing postmasters/mistresses and customers.

"We visited a number of post offices, including, Rheidol Avenue, Cwmrhydyceirw, Morriston, and Blaenymaes.

"I have been very concerned by the decision by the Post Office to reject Blaenymaes’s application for a free cash machine. I have made considerable representations and Royal Mail has promised me they will look into this matter and hopefully resolve this situation as quickly as possible. "
