Nuclear Power

Sian James MP has commented on today's decision to build a new generation of nuclear power stations

Sian James MP said:-

“I am very disappointed at the decision today to build a generation of nuclear power stations.

“I firmly believe that future energy issues should be addressed by a better mix of renewable energy.

"Swansea’s coastline has endless opportunities for more localised ways of generating energy and it is disappointing that there has been too much concentration on such large scale energy production, through Nuclear.”
